Our menus have been carefully curated by Executive Chef Rhett Montague, CEC, who has been with The Manor House & The Oaks since 2015. Our in-house culinary program is one of the best in the business, and our clients consistently rave about the food! We take food seriously – our entire team (front & back of house) is certified in food safety through Always Food Safe. We host menu tasting events for clients during the first quarter of the year. We can’t wait to design your dream wedding menu!

Wine Upgrades (2025)
Our in-house bar program goes above and beyond. Our all-inclusive Bar Packages come standard with tray-passed beer and wine during cocktail hour plus table-side wine service with dinner. If you’d like to add a special touch, we offer champagne greetings, signature cocktails, specialty wine by the case and more! Every product is hand-selected and we are proud to feature some excellent Colorado products. Plus – all of our bartenders and servers are fully trained and TIPS certified, so you can rest easy knowing you and your guests are in excellent hands.
