Sample Ballroom Layouts 

Your day of coordinator will create and provide a customized layout for you when it is time for your final walk through meeting (4 – 5 weeks prior to your wedding). In the meantime, please feel free to view sample ballroom layouts based on various guest counts. Our round tables can seat up to 10 people per table (tables do not all need to be set the same). If you are planning on a guest count of 120 or more, we suggest doing as many tables of 10 as you can. Our largest head table can seat 16 people all facing the same direction, 32 people with guests on both sides.

View linen colors, flatware options, china and glassware. Although we do not have photos of every combination, you will be able to view our entire inventory in person at one of our menu tasting events (January – March of your wedding year).

Get in Touch

During the initial stages of planning your wedding, you may prefer to stay in touch with the team member who you toured with. For your convenience, we’ve listed contact information (email is always the easiest way to get ahold of us) and a bio for everyone on our team below – we are all happy to help with questions along the way!

Your assigned Manor House Event Coordinator will reach out about three months prior to your big day. That person will guide you through the final months of planning including your Final Walkthrough and Ceremony Rehearsal and will be here to oversee your wedding day. Sometimes this is the person you toured with, sometimes it’s another team member (we are happy to consider requests for a specific Coordinator and will do our best to accommodate). We can’t wait to work with you!

Meet Our Team!

Janae Bell

Hi — I’m Janae! As Head of Operations for The Oaks and The Manor House, I have the unique privilege of coaching a group of incredibly talented and kind people who love what they do and do it very well. My own career in the wedding industry started at The Manor House in 2014 as a wedding coordinator. After a few years, I moved to Nashville and worked on the design side of the industry as a wedding planner — I even dipped my toes in the waters of floral design (so much fun!).

When The Oaks opened in 2020, I couldn’t turn down the opportunity to manage a brand new venue and once again work with this amazing team. I can’t wait for you to meet them — I know you’ll love them as much as I do!

Kylie Swan

Hey there! — I’m Kylie! I am the General Manager at The Manor House. I have lived in Colorado almost my entire life. My family moved here from Southern California when I was a small child. Lucky for me, my parents landed in Evergreen, which was an amazing place to grow up. I have been with The Manor House since 2017. However, I have been in the wedding industry since 2012 and absolutely love the home that has been created for me here. Our team creates a family environment that is like no other!

If I’m not coordinating a wedding or working on The Manor House’s Instagram page, you can probably find me eating tacos and drinking margaritas with my boyfriend, playing and snuggling with my chocolate lab Maple, watching Friends on repeat, spending time outside in all that this beautiful state has to offer, or cheering on our Colorado Avalanche. Go Avs Go!

My time in this industry has only further driven my passion for making every single person’s wedding day special and uniquely them. With that, I can’t wait to meet you! You’re going to absolutely love The Manor House!

Amber McGrath

Hello, I’m Amber, I am the Assistant General Manager and have been here at The Manor House since 2017. With my two adorable black cats, Salem and Binx, as my constant companions, you could say I have a soft spot for a good party, especially Halloween! As part of the fantastic team, I bring my passion for crafting celebrations to every wedding.

Working alongside a talented and dedicated group, I find joy in turning your dreams into reality. My role is to ensure your special day is as seamless and magical as possible. I’m thrilled to be part of this amazing team, and I can’t wait to meet you and make your wedding day truly special.

Katie Burns

Hi there! I’m Katie – the Senior Lead Coordinator at The Manor House. I started here as a server four years ago and worked my way up, learning the ropes of crafting unforgettable weddings and planning experiences. Beyond work, you’ll catch me, my husband, and our crew of two cats and a german shepherd, diving into life’s adventures like rafting, pickle ball, and travel!

With my Event Management degree, I’m all about making your dream day memorable and stress-free! My journey here is rooted in genuine passion, and being part of a fantastic team, I’m dedicated to turning your wedding dreams into reality. I can’t wait to get started with you to create a special day you’ll cherish forever!

Douglas Sems

I’m Douglas, and proud to be your Front of House Manager at The Manor House. Originally from Nebraska, I built my career steeped in extensive hospitality experience, I am dedicated to making your wedding here exceptional.

At home, my world revolves around my family, including my step-daughter and son-in-law as well as my delightful Cocker Spaniel, Pearl.

My journey in the hospitality industry has equipped me with the skills to ensure that your experience at The Manor House exceeds expectations. I’m here to make your wedding seamless, welcoming, and unforgettable. Can’t wait to meet you and contribute to the magic of your time at The Manor House!

Mackenzie Eckman

Hi – my name is Mackenzie! I am an Event Sales Coordinator here at The Manor House. I’m usually upstairs in our admin office answering emails, sending contracts/invoices, and looking through photos of past wedding for our archive. You might also see me opening the guest house/bridal suite, helping our coordinators on wedding days and giving tours of the property.

I am a transplant, originally from Kansas City. I moved to Colorado in early 2021 and can’t get enough of the beautiful mountain views The Manor House has to offer! In my free time, I love to watch sports with my boyfriend and spend time outside with our golden retriever, Minnie. I’m a huge Chiefs fan, love the Denver Nuggets, and am faithfully dedicated to the Kansas Jayhawks (Rock Chalk!).

My favorite part about my job is working with all of our couples and getting to know them as they plan the best day of their lives. There’s something truly magical about being surrounded by love all the time. I am beyond excited to get to know you – our team is incredible at what they do and we’re here to help any way we can.
